Ferguson Australia - Sustainable Seafood

When Covid hit Ferguson Australia had to rethink their entire business when lobster exports changed very suddenly. The still produce the Southern Rock Lobster for which they are famous and have added an ethical and sustainable line of lesser known fish varieties to their range. I was given the task of creating recipes, videos and images for new products such a Knife Jaw and Giant Boarfish - the results were delicious!
